Munich (dpa/gms) - If you began the feeding of wild birds you should continue with it the whole winter. The animals accustom to it, according to the Animal Welfare Organization in Munich.
Somebody who goes on holiday should ask a neighbour to feed the animals further on. Ideally the fodder will be put always at the same place to the same time outside. Easier are tit dumplings which are hung up on trees. The animals keep the place in mind and they find their nutrition there for any length of time.
